Easy Keto Bread

Ingredients
• 2 cups almond flour
• 1/4 cup coconut flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 5 large eggs
• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
• 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (to help with leavening but can leave out)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
2. Mix dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Combine wet ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, melted butter (or olive oil), and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
4. Combine both mixtures:
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. The dough should be thick and slightly sticky.
5. Bake the bread:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool and slice:
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
