• 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces

• 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted for extra flavor)

• 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional for added richness)

• 4-5 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

 

Low Carb Dressing:

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

• 1-2 tbsp your favorite keto-friendly sweetener (to taste)

• Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:
